It's Monday and that can only mean that it's time for the Weekly Recap. If you can't make the time to visit the BOKEHinc as often as you'd like, this post is for you. Every Monday, we rundown all the posts we featured in the last week on BOKEHinc. Be sure to check them all out and start your week off with a creative bang.
First and foremost, the BOKEHinc brand celebrated its first year last week. Here's the excerpt from the post:
It was this day a year ago that Vishaal and I launched the face to our brand, BOKEHinc. And while the past year has been extremely kind to us, we're looking to knock it out of the park this year. First and foremost, let me thank all the people that lent their time and talent to bring our visions to life. Without them, none of our creative endeavours would have been possible. If you haven't yet, go through our portfolio. You'll witness a diverse set of models that didn't hesitate when they got our request to be featured. And while you're there, browse our Vimeo channel to see how these projects came together. Like I said, the past year has been good to us. So, the simple question is, what's next?
We had quite a few ideas in the pipeline, but ultimately they had to be put on a slight hiatus while we got our new studio space primed and ready for action (pictured above). Furthermore, we had to sit back and decide, what the hell do we want to say in the second year of BOKEHinc? I'm proud to announce that we have an awesome plate of concepts ready to be put into production.
In the last year, we've had our content viewed by thousands of people all over the world. And with what we have in preparation, we look to double that audience this year. Allow me to once again, wish the BOKEHinc brand a happy birthday! We look forward to making some great work for you to enjoy in the year to come.
We've all seen it before. That precarious moment where the seemingly underpowered protagonist is set to go up against a monumental obstacle. One editor has decided to collect some of the most iconic 'gearing up' moments into a video. What we have is nothing short of inspirational. Watch the video in full and see if you can name all the films featured.

The artist here, Jack Hughes, presents the audience a unique collection of fashion illustrations that aren't geared toward selling a product. In fact, what really attracted me to share this gallery was the characters that Jack creates. They seem to have purpose and meaning, as opposed to being drawn as a vessel for an article of clothing. These images are some of the best fashion oriented drawings I've ever come across. Be sure to view the entire set, and check out more of Jack's work here.
