With everything that tackles us on a daily basis, it is extremely easy to forget about bodies and not give it the proper attention it deserves. While I won't vomit my background in Kinesiology to drive the message, I will simply say that body posture can have a profound effect on both physical and metnal health, both negatively and positively. This week's Read This is a great post I came across that tackles the subject of using body posture to improve self esteem. While it may come across as some serious hippie-talk to some, the findings here are back by medical professionals. I encourage you all to give a try here and there. And at the risk of sounding like a hippie myself, I would encourage you to go out and hug your loved ones! Peace, love, harmony, and all that good stuff.
